Importance Of Staying Fit And Eating Healthy

In your childhood stories you must have read or heard that the king and the queen are the backbones of a kingdom, similarly imagine your body to be a kingdom and exercise and nutrition to be its king and queen respectively, so if you want to rule this kingdom just put them together. Someone has rightly said that health is our greatest wealth; our body is the only place we have to live in so we should try to keep it fit and take good care of it. As the preservation of our health, today is better than the cure of diseases tomorrow.
